New shadows on Belgian justice in the Qatargate investigation.
In the documents filed today by the defense of Francesco Giorgi, one of the main suspects, the chief of investigators casts doubt on the reliability of the repentant former MEP Pier AntonioPanzeri.
"We don't believe anything he says. We know very well that he is fooling us. But everything will explode. You have to be crazy to have faith in justice today. I will have faith in justice the day judges and prosecutors are not politically appointed", says the policeman in Audio recorded by Giorgi during a conversation held in May.
