The US Senate has released a bipartisan agreement on the law for aid to Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan and funds for the migrant crisis at the southern border of the United States.
The 118 billion dollar agreement includes stricter rules on asylum requests, the condition that the Republicans had set to give the green light to other aid.
Joe Biden has given his "strong support" to the bipartisan agreement.
"It is the fruit of more than two months of negotiations and the work of the administration, night and day, holidays and weekends", said the president, underlining that the law "will make the United States safer, the borders more secure and people better protected and treated in a more humane way and at the same time will preserve legal immigration according to the values of our country".
