The model and businesswoman stunned yesterday when she revealed a flat and toned stomach shortly after giving birth • In an interview with "Israel Hayom" she revealed the "secret" behind her success in getting back to her old shape

Bar Sommer published last night (Monday) a series of photos of herself from the gym where she trains, in which she revealed to the surfers the shapely look she now flaunts, only six months after giving birth to her eldest daughter Mila.

In the conversation we had with her today (Tuesday), she talked about the determination and perseverance that eventually led to the desired physical results, about the stress that new motherhood produces, and about the fears and anxieties for the heir to the throne in a difficult security period.

"Half a year after giving birth, and I slowly feel like I'm coming back to myself, especially in terms of my body's physical ability. And yes, the results as well," Sommer wrote on her Instagram account against the background of a selfie in which she showed off her flat stomach and her slim and shapely figure.

"I went back to training as soon as the doctor allowed me. Training is therapy for my soul, beyond the toning that training brings," Sommer tells us when Nahanu asks her what the secret is behind the figure she presents to the world only six months after giving birth.

Do you follow a certain diet?

"Regarding nutrition - it's a bit more difficult for me, especially after giving birth when I don't have a lot of free time. I pretty much eat whatever comes by, as they say. I do try to maintain some kind of balance, but I don't have a special menu. I persevere in training, do Pilates two or three times And once or twice strength training."

Have you found that motherhood has hindered or hindered your efforts to get back in shape in any way?

"Motherhood didn't 'interfere' with me getting back to my routine. It did make me cancel training from time to time, but that's absolutely fine. Today, six months later, I understand that everything has its own rhythm, both for the body and the mind."

Any advice you can give to a new mother who is in a situation similar to yours, half a year after giving birth, and can't get back to herself?

"I don't like to say 'get back to yourself'. Because it's not certain that everyone returns to their pre-birth figure. For many women, many things change in their bodies after giving birth, and it may not. It's very individual. I can say from my personal point of view that I didn't pursue This. I gave my body the time it needed. I returned to the training routine I had before giving birth, that's right. At least I'm trying and there's no doubt that it brings results."

Mila was born a relatively short time before the war.

Have the concerns and fears for her safety intensified since then?

"Mila was born three months before the war broke out. Clearly, the worries and concerns have increased since I became a mother. The thought that we brought her into this cruel world is very painful. The thought that there are children close to her age who are in Gaza breaks my heart."
