Nurit Jerusalem project of The High School Builders Company is located in the 1 and 3 Nurit Street complex, and covers approximately 4.1 dunams of land. The complex currently consists of 2 old railway buildings with 112 housing units and two commercial spaces. The High School Builders proposal includes an extensive evacuation-construction plan, which aims to establish Two new residential buildings with a height of up to 40 floors. The plan also includes 4 basement floors, which house about 437 housing units, 1,145 square meters of commercial space and 880 square meters of public space.
Although about 78% of the apartment owners in the complex have already signed Evacuation and construction agreements are binding, the realization of the project is subject to certain conditions. These conditions include receiving the remaining signatures of the rights holders, validating the plan, securing building permits and signing agreements with various parties, including the tenants within the complex.

The project is expected to begin construction between 2026 and 2027, until the aforementioned conditions are met.
The final details, such as the number of floors and units, will be determined in coordination with the planning office, while ensuring the carrying capacity and economic feasibility of the complex.
