Long-term rental project in Or Yehuda/Studio KMH
Promoting long-term rental in Or Yehuda: The local planning and construction committee announces today (Tuesday) that it has approved the issuance of a building permit under conditions for a long-term rental model residential project in the Neve Ayalon neighborhood, which is currently located in western Or Yehuda.
The project includes 191 housing units in 10- and 4-story buildings, all in a diverse apartment mix that offers three, four, and five-room apartments.
Also, the project includes the planning of common areas and meticulous public spaces that encourage the creation of meeting areas and the strengthening of community.
Alongside the residential projects, in the Neve Ayalon neighborhood, the establishment of a new educational kiryat, commercial areas and developed public spaces benefiting from proximity to central axes and employment areas, as well as relative proximity to the largest and most expensive city in Israel, Tel Aviv, are being promoted these days.

The Mayor of Or Yehuda, Liat Shochat, states: "It is important for us to provide solutions to residents who are interested in living in long-term rentals. The person entrusted with the planning of the project is Zarchi Architects.
