You only need a few ingredients for the cookie base:

  • 125g butter

  • 200 g butter biscuits (or alternatively ladyfingers)

For the filling you also need the following ingredients:

  • 500 g blueberries

  • 6 tbsp sugar

  • 600g yogurt

  • 300 g cream

  • 100 g cream cheese

  • Pulp of a vanilla bean

  • Zest and juice of an organic lemon

  • Gelatin (10 sheets)

Yoghurt blueberry cake – easy recipe

  • Place a sheet of baking paper on a cake plate and place a springform pan on top.

  • Now start with the cake base: To do this, place the cookies (or alternatively the ladyfingers) in a freezer bag and work the whole thing with the rolling pin so that crumbs are created.

    Then quickly stir the gelatine into the yoghurt cream.

  • Now pour the cream onto the pre-chilled base and place the cake in the refrigerator overnight.
