Don't want to spend a long time in the kitchen baking?
No problem: with little effort you can conjure up a cake that tastes fruity and fluffy.
If you want a fruity and delicately tasting cake, you can choose a filling with your favorite fruit, blueberries.
For the fluffy cream, in addition to the fruit, you need yoghurt and cream, among other things.
The cookie base is also very easy to make.
Important: Before eating, put this delicious yoghurt and blueberry cake in the fridge for at least six hours (or even better overnight) - so that you can serve it to your guests nice and cool in spring.
A cream with pureed fruit also looks good.
If you like, you can add a few blueberries on top to decorate.

Yoghurt blueberry cake – easy recipe
Place a sheet of baking paper on a cake plate and place a springform pan on top.
Now start with the cake base: To do this, place the cookies (or alternatively the ladyfingers) in a freezer bag and work the whole thing with the rolling pin so that crumbs are created.
Then melt the butter and mix it with the cookie crumbs.
You can then pour the mixture into the edge of the springform pan and press it into a base.
Then put the base in the fridge for about an hour.
Next are the blueberries, which you simply puree after washing.
The cream is also whipped until stiff.
Then turn your attention to the yoghurt cream by mixing the pureed blueberries together with the yoghurt, cream cheese, sugar, lemon zest and vanilla pulp well in a bowl.
Finally, carefully fold in the whipped cream.
Now soak the leaf gelatine, squeeze it and dissolve it in the warm lemon juice.
Then quickly stir the gelatine into the yoghurt cream.
Now pour the cream onto the pre-chilled base and place the cake in the refrigerator overnight.

Cream with your favorite fruit
Practical: If you prefer raspberries or strawberries, you can vary the recipe as you like.
A home-baked cheesecake with low-fat quark and a shortcrust pastry also tastes particularly fluffy.
