The National Council for Planning and Construction, chaired by Rabbi Natan Alantan, decided to recommend last night (Tuesday) to the Minister of the Interior, to approve an exemption from a plan and a permit for the construction of 90 buildings in the settlement of Omer for evacuees of Kibbutz Kissuf in an area of ​​approximately 42 dunams within the boundaries of the settlement, and 70 buildings in Kibbutz Revivim for evacuees Kibbutz Holit.



In addition, an exemption from a plan and a permit for the construction of public buildings, including kindergartens, a dining room, and clubs, was approved for the benefit of Kibbutz Nir Oz evacuees, who live in Kiryat Gat Hayom.

This, to enable them to lead a full community life.



The decision is part of a series of measures promoted by the National Council to find housing solutions, in short timeframes, for evacuees from the surrounding settlements: an exemption from the plan and a permit for the construction of buildings in Kibbutz Mishmar Ha'Emek for 40 families from Kibbutz Nahal Oz evacuees, in the settlement of Ashlim in the Ramat Hanegev Regional Council, for 36 families from Kerem Shalom evacuees , as well as in the settlement of premises for about 300 families from Kibbutz Bari evacuees.
