A naked man who was allegedly completely drunk was arrested in Florida on Monday this week after he was caught casually strolling through the airport, before trying to get past security.
Martin Abtimov, 36, parked his car on the sidewalk of Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport before entering the building and exposing his entire body, according to Broward County police.
Footage from inside the field shows Avtimov walking nonchalantly through the Terminal 1 check-in area, as passengers are turned away by the naked man.
Finally, Avtimov proceeded to the airport's security area, passed several TSA security guards and spoke incoherently.
Avtimov walked away from the security screening area and tried to open a door that had a "Private Area" sign on it, according to a video released by the WSVN television network in Miami.
He eventually arrived at the baggage check area, where he was met by sheriff's deputies and airport security guards.
Among the charges: exposure of genitals
When the security guards approached him in order to subdue him, Avtimov began to resist, but was finally taken into custody.
The footage shows the man leaning over the conveyor belt as at least two Broward County sheriff's deputies arrested him, according to video obtained by Local10.
According to court documents, Ovtimov was charged with a series of charges, including resisting arrest with violence, assaulting law enforcement (twice) and exposing genitals.
He was also charged with disorderly conduct and intoxication.
Ovtimov was booked into the Broward County Jail, with his bond set at $3,500 and was banned from the airport because of his nudity antics.
"I forbid him from returning to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport," the judge told Abtimov during his court appearance Tuesday morning.
Along with his removal order from the airport, Avtimov was ordered to undergo a psychiatric evaluation and was told not to use alcohol or other drugs.
