Bper closed 2022 with a consolidated net profit of 1.52 billion euros, up compared to 1.45 billion in the same period of 2022, a year which benefited from an extraordinary accounting item of 948 million linked to Carige's badwill.
Net profit for the fourth quarter, we read in a note, amounted to 432.4 million euros.
The board of directors has proposed the payment of a dividend of 30 cents per share, more than doubled compared to the 0.12 euros of the last financial year.
