Good news for the residents of Jerusalem and the surrounding area: the first phase of the construction of the new neighborhood in the south of the city, "Givat Bereshit", is underway.
As part of the first phase of the new neighborhood, the Efi Capital company in collaboration with the Barel Group will build 4 residential complexes with 15 buildings in textured construction of 7 to 13 floors and 693 mixed-use housing units with 1,500 square meters of retail space. 416 apartments will be sold within the free market and 277 apartments under a reduced/possible price. In terms of transportation accessibility, the neighborhood is on the main Hebron road and Darom Begin road which will connect it In addition, in the future it is planned to pass the blue line of the light rail near the neighborhood and close to the green and purple lines.
How much will an apartment in the new neighborhood cost?
The first project in the neighborhood will include a diverse and unique mix of apartments for the new neighborhood and the area, with special 3-5 room garden apartments, 5-7 room penthouses and duplexes and regular 3-5 room apartments.
3-room apartments measuring about 80 square meters with a balcony of about 12 square meters are offered at a price starting at NIS 2.631 million.
4-room apartments measuring approximately 96 square meters with a balcony of approximately 13 square meters are offered at a price starting at NIS 3.02 million.
5-room apartments measuring about 126 square meters with a balcony of about 13 square meters are offered at a price starting at NIS 3.53 million.
