There are three people registered in the register of suspects of the Turin prosecutor's office in the file on the trust companies of the group controlled by the Agnelli family, a matter indirectly linked to the dispute relating to the family inheritance.
According to what we learn from informed sources, they are Gianluca Ferrero, accountant from Turin, Robert Von Groueningen, administrator of Marella Agnelli's inheritance on behalf of the Swiss judicial authority, and John Elkann, son of Margherita Agnelli, presenter of the complaint that triggered investigations by subalpine magistrates.
Again according to what we learn, the focus would concern the tax treatment of the lifetime payment that Margherita paid to her mother, Marella, by virtue of agreements made in 2004. The years examined are 2018 and 2019. Marella Agnelli died on 23 February 2019.
