The local food-tech company is adding to shake up the meat (and meat substitutes) market, launching its home version of bratwurst sausages.
The sausages, which have already traveled around Europe and starred in several local restaurants, were developed with the help of foodies from Germany and provide a characteristic taste of their origin (ie, Bavaria, not their current origin), a surprising texture in its launching points for origin and a general feeling of another victory on the way.
