Julio Iglesias and Netflix have concluded an agreement to produce a series on the life of the artist who, for the first time, will participate in the creative process of a fiction in which he will share everything about his musical trajectory.
The drama, currently in development, will tell the story of how Julio Iglesias became the first non-English speaking artist to enter the American and Asian markets and transformed himself into a star who is among the five best-selling artists in history.
Over the course of his 55+ year career, Julio Iglesias has recorded and sung in 12 languages.
“After many speculations, books and documentaries in which I have not been involved, for the first time I decided to tell the truth about my life to a universal company like Netflix,” said Julio Iglesias.
