Regarding the resignation as mayor of Terni announced by Stefano Bandecchi, the prefect of Terni Giovanni Bruno states that "as of Thursday evening, the prefecture of Terni had no official documents. Nor did they appear in the municipal protocol which is the official channel for such communications. We will see if there are any and, if so, they will have to respect the dictates of the Tuel in terms of timing and procedures".
Regarding the hypotheses circulating in the city regarding the expiry, in recent days, of the deadline for the Prefecture of Terni to express its opinion on any incompatibilities of Stefano Bandecchi with respect to the role of mayor, the prefect Bruno again states that "there are no pre-established deadlines and, at present, there are no profiles of incompatibility, given that the pending issues have been resolved, for example with the sale of Ternana Calcio. If the management of the sports hall could represent an element of incompatibility, it will only be seen when the management of the facility falls to the mayor".
