Stock markets of the Old Continent always slightly positive with the expectation that seems to be oriented towards the macroeconomic data of the early afternoon, including unemployment benefits.
The best stock exchange is that of Amsterdam, which rises by one percentage point also thanks to the digital payments stock Adyen (+16%) which recorded better than expected accounts, also pushing Nexi (+2.7%) into Piazza Affari.
This is followed by the stock lists of Madrid (+0.4%), Paris (+0.3%), London and Milan (+0.2%), with Frankfurt rising by 0.1%.
Kering shares rose by 3.5% to 404 euros in the French capital after the accounts.
The spread between BTPs and German Bunds was flat at 156 basis points, with the yield on the Treasury product at 3.86%.
The euro is also calm at 1.07 against the dollar.
In the energy sector, gas is moving a few fractions around 28 euros per megawatt hour, with oil stable at just under 74 dollars a barrel.
In this context in Piazza Affari Stellantis is the best stock among those with large capitalization and rises by 2.7%, while Bper is down by 2.9%, Mps by 1.6% after yesterday's run and Banco Bpm loses '1.5%.
