Another opportunity for those who did not have time to register: the Ministry of Construction and Housing announced this morning (Thursday) the extension of registration for the discount apartment lottery, which was supposed to last until yesterday (Wednesday 2/7/24) for an additional week, to Tuesday 2/13/2024 at 11 p.m. :59.
According to the current estimates, it seems that over 100 thousand people have already managed to register for 6,816 apartments in 72 projects and 16 different cities across the country, which will be drawn as part of the upcoming lottery, the sixth in number.
The results of the lottery are expected to be delivered to the winners during the month of March.
Despite the extension given, those entitled to register only have a valid certificate of eligibility.
Those who do not have the confirmation, will no longer be able to participate in the upcoming lottery.
We will also emphasize that the date of registration for the lottery is not important.

It can be seen that the city with the highest chance of winning a discounted apartment is Kiryat Gat, with 2,666 housing units in 21 lotteries.
