All artists have finally been chosen for the ESC preliminary round.
Floryan was the last to be chosen as a candidate.
Berlin – Floryan still has a chance at the ESC.
The young musician was able to take part in the casting show “I want to go to the ESC!” on Thursday, February 8th.

It will be decided on February 16th which artist will ultimately travel to Malmö to the “Eurovision Song Contest” with their song for Germany.
Floryan competes with “Scars”: his competition is already well-known names
“Scars” is the name of the song with which Floryan wants to impress in Malmö at the “Eurovision Song Contest 2024”.
But before that he has to assert himself against some other promising artists who have the same goal as him.
Other young artists will also compete in the “Eurovision Song Contest – The German Finale 2024”, which will be broadcast live from Berlin on Erste, on ONE, on Eurovision.de and in the ARD media library.

Floryan wins casting show: young artist makes it to the ESC preliminary round
“My first feeling was: This can't be true, I still can't believe it.
It was like a film passed me by.
Pure adrenaline and happiness, I can hardly describe it!” is how Floryan describes his feelings at the moment when he won the casting show “I want to go to the ESC”.
He now has the opportunity to score points in the German ESC preliminary round and possibly even go to the ESC in Malmö.

Speaking of the “Eurovision Song Contest”: Pop singer Marie Reim wants to sing at the ESC, and for the preliminary round she is wearing a dress from Mama Michelle as a special lucky charm.
