The investigations by the Turin prosecutor's office are continuing, resulting from a complaint by Margherita Agnelli, daughter of the lawyer Gianni Agnelli.
The financial police began examining the documentation taken yesterday.
The focus is on the tax treatment of the annuity that Margherita, as a result of an agreement signed in 2004, paid to her mother, Marella Agnelli.
The magistrates want to verify whether the declaration of the sums for tax purposes was carried out correctly for 2018 and 2019 or whether there were irregularities for a total, according to an initial estimate, of 200 thousand euros.
In this context, John Elkann, Margherita's son, the accountant Gianluca Ferrero, president of Juventus, and Urs Von Gruenigen, appointed by the Swiss judicial authority to administer Marella Agnelli's inheritance, were included in the register of suspects.
As far as Ferrero is concerned, his activities linked to the Juventus club are not the object of interest by the magistrates, but rather those linked to his accounting activities with the Agnelli family.
