Mix sugar and hot water in a bowl.
Add glutinous rice flour, mix well and knead into a smooth dough.
Form the dough into small balls.
Then flatten each ball into a circle, place red bean paste on top and surround it with the dough.
Roll all balls in sesame seeds.
Heat vegetable oil in a pot and fry the sesame balls for seven to ten minutes until golden brown.
