In a press release sent this Sunday, actress Anny Duperey returned to her comments made on RTL on Saturday when she was questioned about the complaints filed by Judith Godrèche against Jacques Doillon and Benoît Jacquot.
“What I wanted, very clumsily, I agree, because it is beneficial for the victims to finally express themselves after such a long silence, is to temper the media hype,” she assures.
“I would like to state that obviously I condemn any action of rape or seductive abuse of power – whether it takes place against adults and especially children or adolescents,” she wrote.

Asked about the complaints filed against Jacques Doillon and Benoît Jacquot, for acts of sexual violence, Anny Duperey regretted, on Saturday on RTL, a “late witch hunt”.
“I'm going to get hit but I think this is all extremely exaggerated,” she declared.
