For a classic eggnog cake based on grandma's recipe you need these ingredients:
5 eggs
200g powdered sugar
250 ml sunflower oil
2 packets of vanilla sugar
250 ml eggnog
125g flour
125 g cornstarch
1 packet of baking powder
Powdered sugar, for dusting

The preparation is uncomplicated and quick:
Preheat the oven to 160 °C fan oven.
Grease a Bundt cake tin and dust it with flour.
Beat the eggs with the sifted powdered sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl until fluffy.
Gradually stir in the oil and eggnog in a thin stream.
Mix the flour, cornstarch and baking powder, sift and fold into the egg mixture.
Pour the dough into the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven for 55 minutes.
Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool completely in the tin and turn it out of the tin.
These six tips will help if the cake doesn't come out of the mold.
Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
