You need these ingredients for a confetti cake:
Cream:
0.5 cup butter, softened
1.5 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
Cake:
1 cup wheat flour
0.75 cup sugar
0.5 cup milk
0.33 cup sour cream
1 egg
2 teaspoons of baking soda
2 tsp vanilla sugar
0.5 tsp salt
0.25 cup vegetable oil
0.25 cup colorful sugar sprinkles
Decoration:

The preparation is quick and easy:
Preheat oven to 180 °C fan oven.
For the cream:
Mix butter, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and salt and set aside.
For the cake:
In a bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, milk, sour cream, egg, baking powder, vanilla sugar, salt and oil.
Add colorful sprinkles to taste.
Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 30 minutes.
Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool down.
Spread the cream evenly over the cake and sprinkle with colorful sprinkles to taste.
