The rumor mill was churning, now it's confirmed: AC/DC are going on tour again and playing in seven German cities.
AC/DC's tour starts on May 17th, 2024 in Gelsenkirchen, a second evening is planned here on May 21st, 2024.
It was already clear last fall that Munich was on the Australian hard rock band's tour schedule when Mayor Dieter Reiter divulged the dates in connection with Ed Sheeran's performance.
AC/DC will play on June 9th and 12th, 2024 at the Olympic Stadium in Munich
Now it is officially confirmed: AC/DC will play on June 9th, 2024 and June 12th, 2024 in the Munich Olympic Stadium.
Nuremberg is also on the concert schedule, and the hard rock party will take place at Zeppelinfeld on July 27th, 2024. The band's tour ends on August 17th in Dublin, Ireland.
The band around singer Brian Johnson and guitarist Angus Young is planning further appearances in Germany in Dresden (June 16, 2024), at the Hockenheim-Ring (July 13, 2024), in Stuttgart (July 17, 2024) and in Hanover (July 31, 2024). July 2024).
With the announcement of their European tour, AC/DC are returning to the stage for the first time since 2016.
Most recently, a countdown on the band's homepage and social media channels fueled speculation.
