Ingredients:
For the marinade:
a quarter teaspoon of salt
A quarter of a teaspoon of sugar
heaped teaspoon of cornflour (8 grams)
30 ml of water (2 tablespoons)
Half a teaspoon of soda for drinking
For tempura:
egg
100 grams of flour
100 grams of cornflour
2/3 cup water (165 ml)
Half a teaspoon of salt
Half a teaspoon of sugar
For sweet and sour sauce:
125 ml (half a cup) 100% pineapple juice
A quarter of a cup of demerara sugar (50 grams)
50 ml vinegar (3.5 tablespoons)
2 tablespoons (30 grams) of ketchup
Half a tablespoon of light soy
A teaspoon of cornflour

Instructions:
1.
Slice the chicken into strips against the direction of the fibers.
2.
Mix the marinade ingredients and mix with the chicken.
