The vice-president of the EU Commission, Valdis Dombrovskis, said this to the European Chamber, answering questions on the commercial agreement with Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay and Paraguay at the center of the protests by the tractors.
"The conditions for concluding the agreement have not yet been met", reiterated Dombrovskis, highlighting that "Macron, Scholz and Sanchez supported the agreement" and Brussels "is negotiating on the basis of the mandate of the Twenty-Seven".
