The hearing of the proceedings before the Rome preliminary hearing judge in which Fedez is accused of slander against Codacons has been postponed to May 6th.
On that date, as requested by Fedez's defenders, the artist will be heard.
At the center of the story are the accusations that the rapper made against the consumer association over an allegedly misleading banner published in 2020 on the Codacons website on the subject of coronavirus.
The Rome Prosecutor's Office had initially requested the dismissal which was however rejected by the court which ordered Fedez to be compulsorily indicted for the accusation of slander.
