Among the fish recommended this week is gurnard, which is very abundant in the markets, with prices around 23 euros/kg compared to 28 euros/kg at the end of 2023. Excellent value for money also for bonito, from the tuna family , with price lists ranging from 5 to 6 euros/kg, compared to 10 euros/kg in recent weeks.

In this period, in the markets, you can find mainly products coming from the Tyrrhenian Sea and in large quantities.



On the fruit and vegetable front, the quality of tarocco oranges is good at the height of their campaign, also characterized by correct pigmentation and stable prices thanks to the regularity of production.

They range from 1.10 to 1.30 euros/kg for medium sizes to 0.60-0.80 cents for juice ones.

Prices stable but still medium-high for apples due to production below expectations.

For Goldens, prices range from 1.40 to 1.60 euros/kg.

Regular price lists also for fennel, from 1 to 1.50 euros/kg, present in large quantities in the markets, especially for the Campania product.

Lettuces and other leafy vegetables such as endives and chard are recommended.
