Recipe: Green smoothie with spinach and oatmeal

Ingredients for approx. 4 servings:

250 g leaf spinach (fresh or frozen)


5 tbsp oat flakes


2 bananas


300 g blueberries


200 ml apple juice


150 ml grapefruit juice


600 ml water


4 tbsp almond


butter A little lemon juice (as desired)

Preparation:

Defrost or wash the spinach and drain it.

Peel and slice bananas.

Wash the berries, put them in a blender with the apple and grapefruit juice (and optionally lemon juice) plus 600 ml of water.

Add the bananas, berries, spinach, oat flakes and almond butter, first on a low level and then on the highest level, puree until the shake becomes creamy.

If desired, add a little more water to thin it out and mix briefly again.

Pour the drink into glasses – enjoy your meal!
