Another 23 investigated by the Prosecutor's Office of L'Aquila for the flood that in the Marche region caused extensive damage and 13 victims on the evening of 15 September 2022: alleged negligence or omissions in works that would have contributed to the risk of hydraulic criticality.
After the investigation which led to 14 invitations to appear on the hypothesis of delays in alerting citizens, the magistrates closed a second investigation against 23 people: their cooperation in the culpable causation of the Nevola and Misa floods was contested in various capacities in Senigalliese (Ancona), multiple manslaughter and negligent injury.
