The Milan Stock Exchange (+0.7%) confirmed the rise in the middle of the day.
On Piazza Affari, Tod's jumped (+18%) to 42.92 euros, after the takeover bid launched by Crown Bidco at 43 euros per share, while Saras fell sharply (-5%) to 1.70 euros, close to 1.75 euros set by Vitol to acquire the 35% share from the Moratti family.
The spread between BTPs and Bunds continues at 155 points, with the yield on the Italian 10-year bond falling by six basis points to 3.89%.
Saipem runs on Piazza Affari (+4.8%).
Also in the spotlight were Cucinelli (+2.4%) and Erg (+1.9%).
Tim did well (+1.5%), dealing with the sale of Sparkle and Netco and in view of the accounts.
Positive performance also for the banks where Banco Bpm (+1.1%), Intesa (+1%), Unicredit (+0.7%), Mps (+0.6%) advances.
At the bottom of the list are Mediobanca (-0.9%), Amplifon (-0.4%), Ferrari and Unipol (-0.1%).
