The tax breaks and simplifications for the third sector are extended to January 1st 2025, with the postponement of the entry into force of the VAT regime which would otherwise have started on July 1st.
This is provided for by an amendment to the Milleproroghe decree, supported by all parliamentary groups, approved unanimously by the Budget and Constitutional Affairs commissions of the Chamber, with the favorable opinion of the government and rapporteurs.
"An important result for hundreds of thousands of associations that operate in social promotion and in the diffusion of sports practice, a victory for ForzaItalia which is fighting for an overall reorganization that enhances the entire third sector, a precious and irreplaceable heritage for our country ", underlined the leader of the Italian group in the Chamber, Paolo Barelli.
