Sounds unusual, but it's delicious!

November 1st is World Vegan Day.

On this day, a vegan lifestyle is promoted worldwide - not least with delicious recipes, such as a vegan cucumber curry with coconut milk.

If that sounds too exotic for you and you don't want to look too far beyond your own culinary horizons, you would be well advised to test vegan versions of popular classics.

How about a crispy celery schnitzel with pea dip or autumn cabbage rolls with chestnut filling?

And of course a piece of chocolate should not be missing in a “real” chili – whether vegan or not.

Because bitter dark chocolate gives the chili a special touch and makes it a unique taste experience.

The rest of the table then simply goes into the juicy zucchini brownies with walnuts.

Brilliant, right?
