A regrettable and at the same time confusing episode occurred in the last hours in

A half-naked woman was left
hanging into space on a seventh-floor balcony
after an alleged dispute with a man with whom she spent the night in that apartment.
She was finally rescued by her partner, who was also without clothes, and everything was recorded by the cameras of people passing by the place.
The incident occurred this Monday afternoon in a building on Peralta Ramos Avenue, at its intersection with Güemes Street.
Right there, in front, a recital was about to take place as part of the city's celebrations for the city's 150th anniversary.

In another footage it is observed, in more detail, that after rescuing her, the woman

While all this was happening and some witnesses were filming with their cell phones, others decided to call the Police, who were immediately present at the scene due to the extensive deployment in the area for the recital.
Even the Municipal Security Secretary, Rodrigo Goncalvez, who was dedicated to security work for the city's anniversary celebrations, participated in the operation.

said that she had tried to escape from her partner
, since, after consuming drugs, he would have attacked her.
Given this situation, the officers apprehended the man and assisted the woman, who then received the attention of SAME doctors, since she was in shock.

The young woman was transferred to the Women's Police Station, where she confirmed that she had consumed narcotics with her partner, but
she withdrew the complaint and refused to allow the Prosecutor's Office to move forward with the criminal action
, so the man regained his freedom and was not charged. .
According to reports, the young woman's level of intoxication was such that she wanted to flee the apartment and escaped through the balcony, from which she remained hanging until she was rescued by the couple.

"We've been having this problem for a long time and we can't solve it. The boy is a tenant and we tried to get him out somehow and we couldn't. We knew that some of this could happen," said one of the building's neighbors.
The tenant of the Mar del Plata apartment was arrested and released a few hours later.
And he gave more details: "This boy is always with the girls who come high on drugs, they come in at any time and we have no control. He has lived here for two years and in May the contract ends, the owner no longer rents to him.

Another of them said that when he arrived at the building he saw the girl "in the lobby and they were trying to revive her" because she had gone into shock.

For his part, another neighbor revealed that the owner of the apartment "is with his lawyers trying to terminate the contract," but in the meantime "the problem is that some girl is going to end up dying."
"I witnessed another incident and he usually puts them in the apartment, they take too much drugs until they become unconscious and what happened yesterday happens,
that the girl wanted to jump off the balcony

He also said that what happened was much longer than what was seen in the videos and that "a tragedy did not happen by chance" because the girl was left hanging by one hand from the balcony.
"It is sad what we live, there are times when the daily life in some neighborhoods, of some people, surprises, worries and everything that is linked to drugs, drug dealing and consumption destroys families and replicates public safety," expressed the Secretary of Security of the Municipality, Rodrigo Goncalvez.
"It is a long road that we have to travel in that sense.
