Indian police have used tear gas to try to disperse thousands of farmers who are marching on New Delhi in a protest to demand a minimum price for agricultural products after talks with the federal government failed.
TV shows the clashes in a thick curtain of tear gas near Ambala, about 200 kilometers north of the capital, where a massive deployment of police officers has been deployed.
