It's so easy to prepare the delicious chocolates yourself
Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and then heat it in a bowl over hot water.
The water should not be too hot, otherwise the chocolate will decompose and become brittle, recommends E
infachkochen.de
.
Ideally, you should use a metal or glass bowl.
Break the ladyfingers into small pieces by hand and place the pieces in a freezer bag or something similar.
Then chop the biscuits into small crumbs - a rolling pin is ideal for this.
Sift the powdered sugar and mix it with the softened butter.
Then add the sponge cake crumbs and – if you like – the rum flavoring.
Finally, stir in the melted chocolate and refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes.
Pour your baking cocoa into a bowl.
Now, using two teaspoons for example, cut small portions out of the mixture and form them into balls.
Finally, roll the round particles in the cocoa and place them on a plate ready to serve.
Bon appetit!
