The deputy prosecutor of Milan GiulioBenedetti reiterated today in the hearing that Gabriele Marchesi, a 23-year-old under house arrest on a European arrest warrant for having, according to the prosecution, attacked neo-Nazis in Budapest just over a year ago, in collaboration with Ilaria Salis, must not be handed over to Hungary and who, instead, must be released from prison.
The hearing, with the presence of Marchesi himself and his lawyers Eugenio Losco and Mauro Straini, is being held in front of the criminal court of the Milan Court of Appeal.
Already last November 29, the substitute Cuno Tarfusser had asked to deny the transfer.
