Preparing the chocolate fruits is very simple:

  • Wash, clean and dry fruit well.

    If necessary, remove the peel and core and cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces.

  • Melt the couverture in a heatproof container over a water bath or in the microwave.

    Stir regularly to ensure even melting.

  • Place the prepared fruits on wooden skewers and dip them into the melted chocolate so that they are evenly coated.
