Preparing the chocolate fruits is very simple:
Wash, clean and dry fruit well.
If necessary, remove the peel and core and cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces.
Melt the couverture in a heatproof container over a water bath or in the microwave.
Stir regularly to ensure even melting.
Place the prepared fruits on wooden skewers and dip them into the melted chocolate so that they are evenly coated.
Then let the excess chocolate drip off on baking paper or a cake rack.
Optionally sprinkle with chopped nuts, coconut flakes or sprinkles before allowing to cool completely and set.
Bon appetit!
