The event went viral due to a video recorded and broadcast on the social network TikTok, by the user Mauro Mamani, who in the description of the publication told and consulted his followers: "The driver takes out a cattle prod, at passengers who did not want to pay the fare. ticket,

The sequence was recorded from almost the back of the unit, inmate 57 of line 28, by Mamani.
From one of the individual seats, the man captured the scene with his phone in hand, in which there was pushing, shouting and threats.
The minimum fares, which increased at the beginning of February from $76 to $270 in the Buenos Aires Metropolitan Area (AMBA), are another economic effort for those who use public transportation and that has an impact on moods.

Dota, the company to which line 28 belongs, reported that it learned of the situation when the video went viral on networks.
By then, the employee had already finished his workday.
The man will report to work on Wednesday and then they will ask him for explanations, La Nación indicated.
For now, the only information that the company claims to know is that the passengers in question did not want to pay for their ticket.
Bus line 28 is one of those that circulates through the City of Buenos Aires: it connects the neighborhoods of Retiro, Liniers and the University City with the Alsina and La Noria bridges.
