According to what we understand, the government has filed the amendment for the exemption of the agricultural Irpef which will be included in the Milleproroghe decree.
The text, signed by the Minister of Economy Giancarlo Giorgetti, provides for total exemption for incomes up to ten thousand euros and a halving of the Irpef for those between ten thousand and fifteen thousand euros.
The measure will last two years.
The Irpef cut planned for two years will cost "220.1 million euros for the year 2025 and 130.3 million euros for the year 2026", reads the amendment.
The resources are recovered from the fund for the implementation of the fiscal delegation.
For 2027 the measure will instead bring an endowment to the fund: the text predicts an increase of "89.9 million euros through the use of the increased revenue".
