Shortly before, when she was informed that she had to film a sequence with singer Lionel Richie and the royal couple for the show

, of which she was a member of the jury, she started running to join them.
“There are specific paths to take in the castle,” she explains.
But I had very little time to get to them so I was running, my team was running with me, and I actually ran straight towards them.”
“Oh I took the wrong path!”, she would have laughed.
Far from taking umbrage, the singer assured that the sovereigns had been “cool”.
A stay full of twists and turns
The 39-year-old singer was also invited to the ceremony which took place on May 6 and was therefore allowed to sleep at Windsor Castle.
She even came with her mother, “because it’s the best gift you can give your mother,” she argued.
This stay in London will definitely have been fraught with pitfalls for Katy Perry.
