The project offers a variety of 3, 4, 5 room apartments, including garden apartments and penthouses.

The apartments themselves include luxurious specifications and balconies.

The buildings have an entrance lobby with an architectural design, a tenants' club, a parking lot with smart lighting and extensive environmental development.



What is the price?

A 4-room apartment starting at NIS 2,980 million.

The company offers a special offer to buyers: pay 10% of the apartment's value (starting from NIS 250,000 for a 3-room apartment) and the rest in occupancy.

In addition, the buyers will also receive a full exemption from the index.

As mentioned above, the project is under the trust of the Matsaloi company, the pioneer of evacuation and construction in Israel.
