Billa, a subsidiary of Rewe, ended up with a block of tofu in his shopping cart.
When he arrived home, the Viennese noticed that the block seemed unusually light.
According to the packaging, the product should weigh 300 grams.
He decided to check with a scale.
His suspicions were confirmed: the customer received a full 20 grams too little.
“Since the product seemed quite small, it was simply placed on the scales and the result was unfortunately as expected.
“The tofu, including liquid and packaging, weighed just 280 grams,” the disappointed Viennese told the newspaper
