The US House impeaches Interior Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, approving his impeachment with 214 votes in favor and 213 votes against.
Mayorkas is the first Cabinet member to be impeached in nearly 150 years.
The impeachment was approved after the first vote last week failed, embarrassing Republicans.
The conservatives strongly pushed and wanted the impeachment to keep up the pressure on Joe Biden over the emergency on the border with Mexico.
