Three easy and trendy hairstyles

1. The low ponytail: a great classic that sets the trend.

We have seen it on many red carpets: with super straight hair, with soft waves, with a parting in the center, bangs or a side tuft.

The low ponytail is one of the simplest and most elegant hairstyles.

“For a full Hollywood-style effect, you can opt for a ponytail of extensions that can give not only length, but also body and volume to the ponytail,” explained Cristiano Russo.

“The first thing to do is choose where to part, whether lateral or central.

With a soft brush, start pulling your hair, leaving a lock out.

Once you have secured the tail with an elastic, wrap the lock around and secure it with a bobby pin to hide the elastic.”

2. The herringbone braid: ideal for those with medium-long hair.

Why opt for a simple braid, when you can show off a spectacular herringbone braid?

It just takes a little patience, but it's definitely not a feat!

Cristiano Russo explains the steps: “Divide your hair into two equal halves.

Grab a section of hair from the left (outer) side.

Pull the lock upwards and tuck it under the right part.

Gently pull the two sides, tightening them to give more definition to the braid.

At this point, you will have to repeat the step with the right side: take a small lock and bring it up to under the section on the left side.

Continue alternating sides until you reach the ends of your hair.

As you go down, take smaller locks because the hair will thin out at the ends.

Secure the braid with an elastic the same color as your hair.

A silicone rubber band is ideal: it becomes practically invisible.

To give a slightly messy effect, as is fashionable now, you can spread the braid with your fingers, being careful not to mess it up too much."

3. Semi updo with maxi scrunchie

Elastic scrunchies are back in fashion!

Colorful and voluminous: they can be combined with our outfit and are that fun and cheeky accessory that adds an extra touch to the look.

“With scrunchies we can create a slightly bohemian 90s hairstyle.

Perfect to combine with a pair of statement earrings”, explained Cristiano Russo “A wavy and voluminous styling is essential.

So start by curling your hair with an iron.

Open the curls and give some volume with a jet of cold air.

Work the tuft with a round brush to give it volume.

At this point, gather the upper section of your hair and secure it with the scrunchie, letting the tuft fall on your forehead.

The higher you set the crop, the more voluminous and lively your hairstyle will be."
