If you want more salary, sometimes it may not be fast enough.
However, rushing forward spontaneously probably helps to a limited extent.
There are many reasons for a salary increase.
But when is the best time to talk to your superior?
This cannot be said in general terms.
However, there are situations and occasions that are typically more suitable for such a conversation.
The job portal
Stepstone.de
lists the following examples in an article:
When do salary increases take place?
at the end of the probationary period
if the employment contract changes
after a promotion
during the well-known budget planning phases in the company
after taking on or completing a project in which you have personnel responsibility and which has been successful or is currently going successful.
The job portal also advises that if your salary has not changed for more than two years, you should consider discussing a salary increase in the next employee interview at the latest.
However, many companies would also separate employee discussions and salary discussions.
In any case, you should be well informed about what is usual in the company and in what context.

Salary increase after one year – is the right time?
As the employer rating platform Kununu
explains
in an article on its website, career starters should only ask for their first salary increase “after two years in the company at the earliest”.
As an experienced employee, however, the most important thing is whether you are satisfied with your starting salary.
The portal gives a few examples of when there is still room for improvement: Maybe you accepted a lower salary when you were hired because the job is particularly interesting or because you have changed your career direction.
Or the new job comes with a lot more responsibility than expected;
or the area of responsibility has expanded in the first few months.
In such cases, the “one-year company anniversary” is a good time to ask for a salary increase, according to the platform.
You should also find out at an early stage about the time frames in which feedback and salary discussions are scheduled within the company.
Then you can discuss the topic in peace.
