200 ml whipped cream

150g mushrooms, sliced
70g white onions, cut into strips
800 g Maultaschen, cut into halves
300 g raclette cheese, sliced

The preparation is very easy:
Preheat oven to 200 °C fan oven.
Mix together the whipping cream, garlic, pepper and salt.
Put aside.
Distribute the Maultaschen in a baking dish.
Sprinkle with onions and mushrooms and pour the cream mixture over it.
Finally cover generously with raclette cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes until a slightly golden crust forms.
