Crime in a cemetery in San Juan: her ex went to look for her at work and stabbed her to death

As confirmed by prosecutor Adrián Riveros to the press, she was

surprised by her ex and attacked with stabs

.

After hearing her screams, her colleagues went to help her and took her to a

local

hospital , where

she died from her injuries.

In the first examinations on the body,

they detected at least 9 cuts

However, the result of the autopsy operation is awaited to determine the exact number of injuries.

Witnesses to the incident recognized the aggressor as the victim's ex, identified as

Ariel Omar Pérez, 38

, who is known in the neighborhood with the alias

'El Bebe Guascazo'

.

Pérez has

a criminal record

linked to at least one case of gender violence, and

had left the Provincial Penitentiary Service a few days ago

, as revealed by the newspaper

"The alleged murderer would have traveled on a bicycle and

fled on foot after the crime

," said Riveros, adding that different procedures were ordered in the investigation and that they are searching areas near the scene of the murder aggravated by the link.

"The man was not performing duties at the cemetery, but

there is a version that he was a municipal employee

. So far no hypothesis about the attack has been ruled out," concluded the prosecutor in the case.

Investigation sources indicated that in the early hours of the afternoon

a raid was carried out at the house of the alleged femicide

.

Although she did not find it, the Police took her ID, various pills and used clothing to be sniffed by San Juan Police dogs.

According to the same sources,

Pérez had already tried to stab Yanina

in the back four years ago at the door of the woman's home.

On that occasion, the man escaped after the attack and

was hiding in the countryside for two months

, until he was arrested.

According to the forensic report released by the San Juan police, the victim's body

presents five puncture wounds

: one in the right breast, measuring 3 centimeters;

another in the right hemithorax of the same length;

another in the abdomen area, 5 centimeters;

a fourth in the left hemithorax and the remaining ribs, in the left area.

Pérez de la Vega also had

other cutting injuries on his cheek and left hand

, so it is believed that it was the product of a defensive movement.
