The interrogation of the investigating judge Giuseppe Cario against Christian Sodano, the twenty-six year old soldier of the Guardia di Finanza accused of killing the sister and mother of his ex-girlfriend in Cisterna di Latina, will be held tomorrow morning at 9.30 in the Latina court.
Since Tuesday evening the suspect, defended by lawyers Lucio Teson and Leonardo Palombi, has been in prison on charges of double murder: it will be up to the judge for preliminary investigations to decide whether to validate the arrest and possibly order a precautionary measure.
However, the autopsies of Nicoletta Zomparelli and Renèe Amato, the two women found lifeless in the house in the San Valentino district, began yesterday evening and are still underway in Tor Vergata.
