In the first 11 months of 2023, a total of 7,649,869 new employment contracts were activated in the private sector (excluding domestic workers and agricultural workers) against 6,805,822 terminations with a positive balance of 844,047 employment relationships in the period.
This is what emerges from the INPS Observatory on precarious employment according to which the figure is better than the same period in 2022 when there were 743,658.
In the first 11 months of 2023, the net change in existing permanent employment relationships was positive by 435,904 units.
