The Israeli army confirmed that in a "targeted operation in Nabatieh" in Lebanon it had killed Ali Muhammad al-Dabs, a commander of the Redwan Force, an elite Hezbollah unit, as well as his deputy Ibrahim Issa and a third operative.
The military spokesman said this, adding that Al-Dabs "was among those who directed the terrorist attack in Megiddo in Israel in March 2023. He conducted, planned and carried out - he added - terrorist activity against Israel, especially during this war".
